Jiangsu Sarcah Group, located in the Taizhou Port Economic Development Zone, Taizhou, Jiangsu province, focuses on its core business of making home appliance parts as it continues to expand the global market for small parts such as hinges and slides.
The company is seeing ample orders and production tasks scheduled until October.
"We rely on automated and intelligent production equipment to control dimensional tolerances within a very small range, ensuring the smooth pushing and pulling of products and stable operation," said Liu Jingao, deputy general manager.
Liu added that while strictly controlling quality, the company allocates production lines reasonably and makes every effort to ensure the timely delivery of orders from Chinese and foreign customers.

In order to improve product manufacturing efficiency and production accuracy, the company has in recent years invested more than 100 million yuan ($14.91 million) and implemented a technology transformation project that can produce 45 million sets of precision hinges and slide rails a year.
Every slide rail and hinge product of the company undergoes multiple rounds of reliability testing before leaving the factory, which benchmarks international standards, increasing product standards by three times.
"Our hinge and slide rail products have reached international standards in terms of performance and can achieve durability for 300,000 uses," said Yang Wenming, the chief engineer.
While consolidating its traditional home appliance supporting main business, the company is also making forays into emerging fields such as new energy and robots.
It develops new energy battery connectors, automotive intelligent refrigerator supporting components, robot joints, and precision components related to transmission.
