The rural road upgrade of Xinghua – a county-level city administered by Taizhou, in East China's Jiangsu province – is currently understood to be running along nicely.
So much so, that the city was honored as one of the national demonstration counties for Four Good Rural Road construction in 2022.
Fine rural roads make it much more convenient for locals to travel and can even become a feature in landscape their own right.
