A groundbreaking ceremony for a special titanium alloy fastener production project was held in Dainan town, Xinghua, Jiangsu province, on Aug 7, with the aim of enhancing China's self-sufficiency in high-end titanium alloy fasteners.
Xinghua in East China's Jiangsu province has outlined its goals for industrial development in its 15th Five-Year Plan (2026-30), aiming to establish itself as a provincial leader in industrial upgrading and a national model for green development by 2030.
The Jinshang precision parts aggregation center project began construction in Dainan town, Xinghua — a county-level city in Taizhou, Jiangsu province — on March 31 with a total investment of 5.18 billion yuan ($752.61 million).
