Xinghua city, located in East China's Jiangsu province, has rolled out full online processing of payments for projects, making it convenient for businesses to handle their affairs.
In early 2023, Xinghua set up a dedicated "one matter" payments window in the government services hall to make things easier for company legal representatives in the processing of payments for construction projects.
In August, the city promoted the "one matter" 2.0 reform of government service payment, which optimized the online approval platform.
Relying on the Xinghua Government Service Management Platform, the payment "one matter" management module has been upgraded.
As a result, the city's departments, including the self-regulation, development and reform, finance and urban management departments, can now examine and approve things in sync.
The platform also enables information sharing of company business licenses, investment registration certificates, project approval documents and other certificates and licenses, avoiding duplicate submissions and reviews.
Through data sharing and business collaboration, cross departmental information sharing, materials sharing and results sharing can be achieved.
This can reduce the time taken for joint handling of individual matters to four working days, down by over 50 percent and reducing the number of administrative steps by over 80 percent.
