Excitement is building as the 2025 Xinghua Marathon is set to be held on Oct 26 in Xinghua city, East China's Jiangsu province, with the registration having kicked off.
This year's competition will feature a full marathon, a half-marathon and a fun run.
There will be 2,500 runners competing for the full marathon of 42.20 kilometers, 3,500 runners competing for the half-marathon of 21.10 km, and 4,000 runners participating in the fun run stretching 3.5 km.
The starting point will be Lianxi Lake Park and the destination for the full marathon and for the half-marathon will be the tourist center in the popular Qianduo Scenic Area. The fun run's finish line will be at Zhaoyang Lake Park.
Running fans of all ages are invited to experience the golden autumn of this national historical and cultural city and feel the true passion of running in October.
