Chen Fengjian, Party secretary of Xinghua in Jiangsu province, led a delegation to Singapore and Thailand to conduct economic and trade investment exchanges from Aug 23 to 29.
In Singapore, the delegation paid a visit to Anbros, a leading global enterprise in dairy protein technology. Chen held talks with company leaders to support the company in the development of a hub for integrated intelligent sorting, full chain traceability, and the global scheduling supply chain in Xinghua, helping Chinese milk powder enterprises explore overseas markets.
The delegation also reached a cooperation agreement with Minsight, a scientific and technological innovation company established by Shenzhen-based Minieye in Singapore, in building unmanned logistics scenarios in the Xinghua Economic Development Zone and enhancing cooperation in the industrialization of unmanned vehicles.
The delegation also visited the Singapore Chinese Chamber of Commerce & Industry, the highest governing body of the local Chinese business community in Singapore, and the Jiangsu Association (Singapore), which has extensive experience and resources related to overseas market expansion and resource integration.
The delegation's visit to Singapore also led to fruitful results in new materials, with a precision component aggregation center with an investment of $30 million and a development project for ultra precision alloy shaft rods for new energy vehicles with an investment of $10 million projected to be established in Xinghua.

Helping Xinghua's enterprises expand their presence in Southeast Asian countries and accelerate the pace of international market development is also an important task of the delegation.
Jiangsu Xingda Steel Tyre Cord, a leading enterprise in Xinghua, is the city's first enterprise to open a factory in Thailand. Chen visited the company's first-phase project site and the construction site of its second phase.
