Two Xinghua-based companies have earned recognition as provincial-level industrial technology engineering centers, bolstering Jiangsu's advanced manufacturing sector.
Taizhou Yinli Standard Pieces Manufacturing established a provincial engineering center for high-reliability special fasteners in offshore engineering, focusing on breakthroughs in marine equipment fastener technology. In collaboration with universities and research institutes, the center aims to scale high-end products and drive supply chain synergies, supporting China's maritime strategy and Jiangsu's industrial upgrading.

Jiangsu Baoxiang Intelligent Technology launched a provincial engineering center dedicated to the design and manufacture of intelligent sorting equipment. This initiative tackles issues such as bulky traditional sorters and low recognition rates for damaged logistics labels. Its innovations include compact turning technologies, flexible multi-port feeding systems, and AI-driven image restoration, enabling processing speeds of 12,000 items per hour and addressing the needs for high-speed sorting for irregular items.

Xinghua now hosts 18 provincial engineering centers across the new materials, precision forging, and health food sectors. The city's development commission pledged to enhance full-cycle support for these hubs, accelerating corporate innovation and industrial modernization.
