A groundbreaking ceremony for three new projects took place at the Port Industrial Park in the Taizhou Medical High-tech Zone, Taizhou, Jiangsu province, on Aug 5.
They include the electrical equipment project invested by Jiangsu Haitai Electric Power Technology, the new energy vehicle parts manufacturing project operated by Jiangsu Jingchen Automotive Parts Manufacturing, and the new material project for energy storage operated by Taizhou Youyicheng New Materials.
The three projects each have an investment of more than 500 million yuan ($74.14 million), with a total investment of 1.65 billion yuan.
Gu Pengcheng, head of the zone, said that the three projects feature highly advanced technology and have broad market prospects, which are in line with local industry goals.
The zone will provide comprehensive services for projects and enterprises, making it easy for entrepreneurs to invest and live in the area.
