The first large-scale unmanned automatic feeding ship in China, Yue Po Yu Yang 10001, developed and built by Jiangsu Tianhai Intelligent Vessels Technology, located in the Taizhou Medical High-tech Zone, Taizhou, Jiangsu province, was successfully delivered in September.
Yue Po Yu Yang 10001 is the main type of ship paired with the "Didi Ranch" offshore intelligent service platform in China. The ship has broken through key technologies such as ship type adaptation design, full electric propulsion and multi-mode navigation integration. It can operate autonomously in deep-sea and high sea conditions, with technical advantages such as high positioning accuracy, fast obstacle avoidance response, and low feed waste rate.

For an extended period, deep-sea aquaculture has faced a significant challenge: as net cages are increasingly positioned further offshore, the process of feeding continues to rely on manual boat trips to transport feed to these locations. With the launch of the ship, farmers only need to place orders remotely on their mobile phones, and the system will dispatch unmanned ships to the designated net cage for feeding, which is as convenient as calling a car.
The ship will drive the transformation of marine aquaculture from traditional manual operations to intelligent, precise, and green practices, providing core intelligent equipment support for modern marine ranches.
