The Industry and Information Technology Department of Jiangsu has released this year's list of provincial zero (near zero) carbon factories, with Jiangsu Pinggao Turbostar Electric in the Taizhou Medical High-tech Zone, Taizhou, Jiangsu province, making the cut.
It is the first and currently the only enterprise in the zone to be shortlisted, accounting for one-third of the total number of shortlisted companies in Taizhou.

The company has long been committed to green and low-carbon development, integrating green concepts throughout the entire process of product research and development, production and manufacturing and supply chain management.

As of now, the zone is home to 53 provincial-level green factories, four national level green factories, and four provincial-level green industrial parks.
