The second phase of the intelligent manufacturing project by Taizhou Feima Vehicle Pieces, a local enterprise specializing in green travel component production in Hailing district, has hit 40 percent overall construction progress, with over 100 workers carrying out staggered, zoned operations across three simultaneously built workshops.
The site is on track to finish all civil works by late October this year, complete supporting facilities by late November, and put all smart equipment into operation before the Spring Festival in 2027.

Thanks to Hailing's "start construction upon land acquisition" reform, the project has navigated the approval process and is progressing. Once completed, it will increase the firm's production automation rate from 30 percent to 80 percent. The new processes will include robotic welding, laser cutting and CNC (computer numerical control) punching, which aim to reduce manual errors and boost daily component output from 50,000 to 70,000 units.
Feima, with 20 years of experience in bicycle, e-bike, and automotive parts, will relocate all old production lines to the new site for a full intelligent upgrade. This expansion will strengthen Hailing's green travel component industrial chain, enhance local industrial clustering, and inject fresh momentum into the district's high-quality industrial growth.
