The 2026 Jingjiang Rural Soccer Super League will kick off on April 19 at the Jiangpan Football Stadium in Xinhe village, Xinqiao town, Jingjiang, Jiangsu province. A total of 19 teams will fight for the title, with more than 500 players ready to give their all.
Twelve of the teams represent various towns, sub-districts, or industrial parks in the city, five teams represent education, public security, health, and other government departments, while the remaining two teams represent local enterprises.
The competition is an eight-player football open tournament that will compete through 93 exciting matches. The competition days are concentrated on weekends and are expected to last until the end of August.
The competition is not only a sports event, but also a way for Jingjiang to integrate culture, sports, and tourism, promote rural vitalization, and boost rural vitality.
During the competition, various areas in Jingjiang will launch supporting activities such as rural food markets and folk performances.
