The Belt and Road Youth Sports Exchange Week (Jiangsu) 2026 kicked off in Jingjiang, Jiangsu province, on May 18, attracting nearly 600 youth representatives from 55 countries and regions.
From May 18 to 25, a series of youth sports events will be held, such as a youth men's 3 × 3 basketball invitational tournament, an outdoor sports challenge, a rock-climbing challenge, and a badminton challenge.
The event is an important brand activity of the Belt and Road cultural exchange in Jiangsu, which has been held six times in a row.
These international friends will visit the Eastern Frontline First Sail Memorial Park and the Jiangpan (Riverside) Football Stadium to experience Jingjiang's river charm and spirit. They will also immerse themselves in the city's historical and cultural heritage by visiting places such as Yue Fei Temple and Nigouzi Intangible Cultural Heritage Museum.
The immersive experiences with Jingjiang's leading enterprises will help these international youths explore the city's core strengths in high-end manufacturing, gaining a deeper understanding of the city.
