A national standard on removable pump stations came into effect on May 1, bringing China's removable pump station industry into a new phase of standardized, regulated, and high-quality development.
With deep industry expertise and technical strength, Jiangsu Yatai Pump & Valve, based in Taixing, spearheaded the formulation of the standard.
Drawing on years of R&D and engineering experience, Yatai proposed removable pump station configurations, as well as standardized parameters and core technical requirements for permanent-magnet variable-frequency submersible pumps. The company was deeply engaged throughout the entire process, from drafting and formulating provisions to performance verification and technical validation.
The new standard establishes unified specifications covering the entire lifecycle of removable pump stations — including product types, basic parameters, technical requirements, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation, and storage.
Notably, the standard details specific parameters and technical indicators for widely used permanent-magnet variable-frequency submersible electric pumps, providing an authoritative basis for their research and development, production, testing, and application.
Yatai Pump & Valve offers 23 product series and over 2,000 product variants, including large-scale high-voltage submersible pumps, submersible tubular pumps, and complete sets of sewage treatment equipment. These products are widely used in critical sectors such as flood control and drainage, emergency mine rescue, and environmental protection.
