Jingjiang Zhengli Industrial Co, based in the Jingjiang Economic and Technological Development Zone, Taizhou, has successfully obtained the national special equipment production license after passing the Pressure Piping Component Manufacturing system certification.
This milestone confirms that the company's flange products comply with national safety technical standards for pressure piping components, enabling Zhengli to supply high-performance flanges capable of withstanding high pressure, extreme temperatures, and severe corrosion for industries including shipbuilding, chemicals, oil and gas, power, and energy.
Zhengli signed an agreement in 2023 to establish operations in the Qingshan (Jingjiang) Stainless Steel Deep Processing Industrial Park of ETDZ, investing 1 billion yuan ($140.59 million) in a precision machining project for stainless steel flanges, which aims to build an intelligent manufacturing enterprise integrating forging, sales, as well as research and development.
The project commenced trial operations in August 2024 and entered formal production in the first half of this year.
Currently, six fully automated forging production lines in the forging workshop are operating at full capacity, achieving a monthly output of 4,000 metric tons. One additional line is under installation and debugging, with two more scheduled for installation in December.
All nine lines are expected to be operational within the year, reaching an annual capacity of 70,000 tons of stainless steel flange blanks.
The precision machining workshop of Zhengli is equipped with 48 high-precision computer numerical control machine tools and two automated production lines, already enabling an annual output of 6,000 tons of precision products.
The company's products are widely used in sectors such as petroleum, chemicals, power, shipbuilding, and healthcare. With established partnerships with over 300 enterprises and a robust order backlog, Zhengli is projected to achieve 1 billion yuan in invoiced sales this year.
