The Intellectual Property Office of Jiangsu Province recently announced the list of recommended demonstration enterprises for building a strong intellectual property nation from 2025 to 2027, including Sprint Technologies, which was designated as a national intellectual property demonstration enterprise.
Located in the Jingjiang Economic and Technological Development Zone, Taizhou, Jiangsu province, the company specializes in precision manufacturing in the niche of semiconductor etching and thin film deposition equipment in China. It is among the few domestic suppliers that have already mass-produced and supplied key components for 7-nanometer and 5-nanometer etching equipment.
While concentrating on the semiconductor industry, the company is also actively researching and developing new products in areas like photovoltaics and healthcare.
