The Jingjiang Foreign Affairs Reception Hall and Enterprise Overseas Security Development Alliance were both established on Jan 16.
The reception hall will take the Exit and Entry Service Hall of Jingjiang city's public security bureau as its comprehensive service center, with the foreign-related reception halls of four local police stations to be used as extended areas and service front desks.
With the joint support of various police forces within the bureau, it will achieve full service coverage comprising such offerings as advance consultation for entry and exit business, pre-appointment agency, material initial verification, and emergency assistance.
At the launch ceremony, member units of the alliance jointly signed the "Escort Jingjiang Enterprise Overseas Security Development Initiative".
The alliance will build an overseas enterprise security guarantee system covering information sharing, resource integration, coordination and linkage, precise service, emergency and efficient service.
It will also act to enhance the comprehensive capabilities of overseas security risk warning and prevention, security publicity and education training, protection of the legitimate rights and interests of enterprises, and rapid response to emergencies.
