As this year's spring recruitment season kicks off, Jingjiang city in East China's Jiangsu province has been bustling with efforts to attract talent.
Since the beginning of the year, the city has addressed employment gap for over 3,800 positions in local enterprises and has attracted more than 1,500 industrial talents.
The city held a spring recruitment fair at Changzhou University Huaide College in Taizhou on March 25, attracting over 300 graduates to seek job opportunities.

A total of 31 Jingjiang companies offered over 500 positions, covering local industries such as high-tech ships, automotive parts, and new materials. Over 160 graduates signed preliminary cooperation agreements on site.
Since the start of the year, Jingjiang has held 72 specialized job fairs to cater to the employment needs of enterprises, with the launch of 16,000 positions.
