The Hengqing large-scale liquid hydrogen storage equipment production project for civilian use, set to settle in the Jingjiang Economic and Technological Development Zone, Jingjiang, Jiangsu province, is ramping up production to achieve the goal of starting trial operations in July.
The project is an important strategic measure for Hengyuan Industrial Furnace (Jingjiang) to enter the high-end new energy equipment market.

With an investment of 500 million yuan ($73.66 million), the project will build a new 20,000-square-meter factory, equipped with advanced production lines, including laser sheet cutting machines and ABB welding robots.
After the project is put into operation, it is expected to produce 100 sets of large-scale liquid hydrogen storage devices for civilian use annually and generate annual sales of 320 million yuan.
For many years, Hengyuan has been involved in the field of industrial furnaces, occupying a market share of over 70 percent in China's full hydrogen hood furnace industry. Its HY series full hydrogen hood furnace products have also received EU CE certification and are popular in the global market.
