A signing ceremony for the intelligent manufacturing project for precision components of artificial intelligence computing power servers, known as the second phase project of Pem (Jingjiang), located in the Jingjiang Economic and Technological Development Zone, Jiangsu province, took place on June 11.
The company, a leader in research, development, and production of self-locking fasteners and precision components for the automotive, aviation, and electronics industries, was founded in 2018 in Jingjiang by PennEngineering, a multinational company headquartered in Pennsylvania, the United States.
With an investment of $30 million, the second phase project plans to introduce advanced automated production lines for modern cold forming and precision machining, centered on producing high-precision, high-reliability components for core parts such as AI computing power server racks, tracks, and liquid cooling systems.
Upon completion, the second-phase project is expected to achieve a production capacity of 10,000 metric tons of precision components for high-end AI computing servers each year.
