The Industry and Information Technology Department of Jiangsu has announced the list of advanced intelligent factories at the provincial level for 2026, and three enterprises from the headquarters of the Jingjiang Economic and Technological Development Zone in Jingjiang, Jiangsu province, were selected.
The first one is the steel structure intelligent factory based on digital twin technology from China Railway Construction Bridge Engineering Bureau Group Jingjiang Heavy Industry.

The company has successfully implemented 18 application scenarios, including 3D visual weld seam inspection and digital twin full process management, and built a full-chain intelligent system spanning design, production and operation.
Its operational efficiency and inventory turnover have increased by 30 percent and 35 percent, respectively, while its quality compliance rate has remained stable at 99 percent.
The second one is the high-end stainless steel precision wire intelligent factory driven by big data, operated by Shikaree Stainless Steel (Jingjiang).
By building an intelligent production management system, deploying IoT sensors, and coordinating personnel, equipment, and materials, the company has been able to develop visual and controllable production, quality inspection, and warehousing processes.

The third one is the intelligent factory for recombinant collagen cosmetic products based on full chain data connectivity, operated by Jiangsu Jland Biotech. The company has adopted an innovative model centered on ERP and production, closely integrating core systems such as PLM, SCADA, and LIMS.
It has also introduced cutting-edge technologies such as AI and digital twins in key areas such as freeze-drying processes, flexible assembly lines, and quality inspection.
