With a total investment of 600 million yuan ($87.24 million), the plaza will become the first commercial complex in the zone. Boasting a supermarket, a cinema, a hotel, as well as catering and other service facilities, it can meet the entertainment, leisure, and shopping needs of nearby residents.
High-quality projects have become driving forces to promote the further development of Taixing's service industry. The city is gearing to promote the high-quality development of its producer service industry and diversify its high-quality consumer service industry.
In January and February, Taixing developed and conducted 43 service industry projects that had an investment of at least 10 million yuan each, with the total investment valued at 13.39 billion yuan.
