The opening ceremony of the new Puyu complex of residential apartments for talent in the Taixing Economic Development Zone – located in Taixing city, East China's Jiangsu province – took place on Oct 29.
The development is seen as a key link in attracting young people and reducing their resettlement costs.
With a total floor space of about 208,000 square meters, the complex is equipped with 3,146 units – creating an eco-friendly, noise-free and comfortable living environment for the personnel of resident companies.
In addition to the necessary facilities for daily life, the development is also equipped with a commercial center located at the entrance of Building 5.
In the future, breakfast outlets, dry cleaners, supermarkets, beauty salons and others will also settle there.
The complex will provide a better living environment for talent, meet the diverse needs of enterprises – as well as provide a platform for personnel to pool their knowledge and start up businesses, said Zhu Weixiang, secretary of the Party working committee of the zone.
