The investment promotions department of the Taixing Economic Development Zone – in Taixing city, in East China's Jiangsu province – has moved to offer a high-quality ecosystem for its business development.
This year, various department approval windows have released hotlines to the public and the staff provides basic information – on application materials, processing procedures, deadlines and the like – in one go.
This means enterprises only need to make one phone call to consult in detail about relevant business processing issues.
In combination with practical measures, the department has further optimized the process for handling various affairs – such as shortening the processing time limit for the approval of soil and water conservation plans for projects, from the original legal time limit of 20 days to one working day.
Looking ahead, plans are for the department to push ahead and establish collaborative mechanisms with other administrative departments and municipal bureaus. This will aim to improve a comprehensive guarantee system that connects approvals, law enforcement, acceptances and supervision.
