The signing ceremony for a new production plant that will have an annual production capacity of 45,000 metric tons of environmentally friendly surfactants and 5,000 tons of photoresist additives was recently held in Taixing city, located in East China's Jiangsu province.
The new facility, which will be based in the Taixing Economic Development Zone, is being funded by Nanjing Shangqin New Material Technology, located in Nanjing city, capital of Jiangsu.

Costing 500 million yuan ($68.73 million), the plant is expected to generate an annual output value of 1.14 billion yuan after completion.
It is expected to further improve the zone's chemical new material industry supply chain, enhance its overall competitiveness of the sector and boost the development of the industry towards high-end, green and intelligent directions.
In addition, the company will move to expand its scale and market and accelerate its strategic layout in the field of new and efficient environmental protection additives, by leveraging the zone's industrial platform and resource advantages.
