Taixing city in East China's Jiangsu province held a jobs market at Nanjing Tech University, located in Nanjing city, capital of Jiangsu, on March 17.
A total of 47 key enterprises from Taixing participated in the event, operating in such fields as chemical new materials, mechanical equipment, electrical automation, and biomedicine.
They offered over 200 first-rate positions to assist university graduates in taking a step forwards in their career.

Zhou Shuangshuang, head of HR management of Levima Wison (Jiangsu) New Materials, said his company was offering jobs in process equipment and control positions, that were hard to fill in the past.
"This time we only recruited two people, but surprisingly eight graduates applied, and their intentions were quite strong," Zhou added.
Nearly 1,000 university graduates attended the market on that day. The enterprises received a total of 650 resumes, with 118 graduates reaching preliminary employment agreements.
Moving forwards, plans are for the city to organize graduates to come and visit Taixing through such initiatives as the "Weekend Experience Express", allowing them to go deeper into enterprises and experience what positions are really like.
