Taixing Port Group, located in Taixing city, East China's Jiangsu province, saw its number of operational vessels increase in the first quarter by a whopping 39.8 percent year-on-year and its port cargo throughput surge by 29.6 percent, reflecting an anticipated positive trend for the entire year.

At the start of 2025, a key chemical manufacturer in the Taixing Economic Development Zone experienced challenging conditions due to a surge in production demand, resulting in pressure on its supply of raw materials.

In response, the group conducted optimized scheduling and full-time operations to urgently load and unload over 20,000 metric tons of chemicals raw materials for the manufacturer, ensuring the stable operation of its production line.

Dedicated efforts have also been made by the group to improve its overall operational efficiency.

In one case, Taixing Gangzhongyan Operation Management, a subsidiary of the group, carefully put together a ship berthing plan for hazardous chemical vessels in order to meet customer needs.

As a result, by adopting an intelligent scheduling system, hazardous chemicals vessels can arrive and dock immediately, greatly improving berth utilization and operational efficiency.

Moving forwards, plans are for the group's terminals companies to strengthen their safety production and optimize the quality of services, thereby ensuring greater breakthroughs in cargo throughput throughout the year.
