Wincell Insulation Group, located in Taixing city in Jiangsu province, recently completed its online verification of legal and compliance information for a stock market listing.
It did this through the "Efficient Doing One Thing" section of the provincial government affairs service website, becoming the first business in the city to enjoy the convenience.
By establishing a dedicated government service window and optimizing its online processing procedures, things have been turned around.
The traditional processing mode, involving 20 government departments, more than 20 trips and 10 working days, has been upgraded to a new digital service model involving a one-form application and one-time completion.

Through complete online operations and real-time responses from dedicated personnel, the city has been able to save more time for companies that are preparing the listing of their shares.
The reform is viewed as being an example of the city's improved business environment and has also demonstrated the new achievements that have resulted from the coordinated development of traditional manufacturing and digital transformation of the local government affairs services.
Looking ahead, plans are for the city's data bureau to expand the dual administrative channels of online and on-site special windows and extend the establishment of a cross-departmental data sharing mechanism, turning policies into practical results.
