A substantive and positive impact is now flowing through in the wake of the launch of 20 measures for optimizing the business environment that were introduced by the Taixing Economic Development Zone, Taixing city, Jiangsu province, just over two months ago.
The action plan behind the measures focuses on the four themes of "addition, subtraction, multiplication and division", catering to the actual needs of enterprises and reshaping the new ecosystem for business services.
Newly settled manufacturer Jiangsu Zhijiadi Electronics has certainly benefited from the idea of "subtraction". By using the zone's "Binxin Yunchuang" mini program, the company's new project completed filing for its approval in just three days.
The theme of "subtraction" also includes shortening the construction drawing review time from one month to 15 days, introducing new models of paid leasing and cross-regional trading for pollution discharge rights.
For ongoing projects, the plans require the "addition" element in terms of construction standards, including planning infrastructure support such as water, electricity and roads in advance during the project construction phase. It also includes conducting guidance training before the completion of the project to improve the one-time pass rate for acceptances.
These measures act to innovatively refine things in combination with local industry characteristics, especially in core areas such as approval efficiency, element guarantees and problem resolutions. This in turn forms a seamless business environment chain involving the city, district and the enterprise, according to the zone.
