The Jinyan Storage Liquid Chemical Terminal, operated by Taixing Port Group, is now open for operations.
The terminal is an important logistics channel supporting the chemical industry chain in the Taixing Economic Development Zone, Taixing, Jiangsu province.
During its soft opening last year, the terminal saw cargo volume hit 2.11 million metric tons, with foreign trade accounting for 64 percent, or 1.35 million tons.
Relying on a fully enclosed management model, comprehensive regulatory facilities, and sound management systems, the terminal has continued to optimize scheduling and improve operational efficiency. This helps to shorten vessel stay time and reduce the logistics costs for enterprises.
The terminal's official opening will further enhance the efficiency of chemical logistics and provide more stable and reliable port service support for regional industries.
