Jiangsu Josun Air Conditioner, located in the Taixing Economic Development Zone, Taixing, Jiangsu province, has deepened its digital and intelligent transformation to realize changes in the company's production and management models.
In its air conditioning fan workshop, three new welding robots have become the stars of the production line. "One welding robot can replace three workers, increase production efficiency by 300 percent, and reduce costs by 60 percent," said Jiao Xinjian, director of the workshop.

Josun specializes in the research, development, production, and sales of special space environment systems. Its products cover multiple systems such as air conditioning, refrigeration, and ventilation units.
In recent years, the company has ramped up its investment in intelligent transformation. It has built five assembly production lines and seven component processing production lines, equipped with more than 360 sets of processing equipment, of which computer numerical control or CNC processing equipment accounts for 80 percent.
