The Industry and Information Technology Department of Jiangsu has released the list of provincial certified technical products under the "Three Firsts and Two Innovations" Program for 2026, with 63 products from Taixing, Jiangsu, included.
"Three Firsts" include the first set of equipment, the first batch of new materials and the first version of software. "Two Innovations" refers to new technologies and products beyond the first three categories.

Among them, Taixing has added two "Three Firsts" products, namely the highly integrated deep sea intelligent environmental control and energy-saving air conditioning system of Jiangsu Josun Air Conditioner — a system capable of handling the extreme complexity of deep sea environments — and the high temperature resistant nanoporous aerogel composite thermal insulation product of Wincell Insulation Group. Both companies are settled in the Taixing Economic Development.
