The public employment service center of Taixing city – administered by Taizhou in East China's Jiangsu province – has undertaken a raft of measures to help job seekers achieve quality employment.
The center has established a Party-building service brand called the "University Weekend Direct Bus" this year, to help college graduates to get jobs.
In June, teachers and students from the Changzhou Vocational Institute of Engineering in Changzhou city in Jiangsu were invited to visit key chemical companies in the Taixing Economic Development Zone.

By establishing the brand, the center provides a matchmaking platform for local companies to find talent, as well as to help college graduates in Taixing and adjacent areas to be employed at a faster pace.
Moreover, the center has also pioneered entrepreneurship and prosperity competitions with Party members as the main driver in the province.
Gu Yong, head of the Huangqiao town orchard, participated in the competition in 2019 and was one of those recognized as being a Top 10 Entrepreneurship Model that year.
"The center provided me with entrepreneurship training and guidance, as well as focused on promotions and subsidy support. Later, I trained over 2,000 people and have helped 148 households to start their businesses and become prosperous," Gu added.
Senior officials at the center are ambitious about its future goals.
"Looking ahead, we will further strive to forge a human and social team for the people and continue to serve employment," said Chen Yongzhong, director of the center.
