The Taizhou Museum, in particular, is home to nearly 10,000 collections of items covering wide-ranging subjects. Among them, over 800 national precious cultural relics have been identified. The museum features ancient calligraphy and paintings, as well as clothing and costumes from the Ming Dynasty (1368-1644), among other things.
