A recreational vehicle campsite in Taizhou, East China's Jiangsu province, was included in the third batch of national 4C-level RV campsites by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism. It is the first of its kind in the city.

Among the 22 entries on the list, there are seven 5C-level campsites and 15 4C-level ones on the three-tier rating system.

Located in Xiaoyang village in the city's Jiangyan district, the Lyuzhou Mengzhilian campsite in the Qinhu River scenic area has five functional zones. The accommodation, catering, entertainment, sightseeing, and shopping zones are all located in a 1,620-mu (108-hectare) area.

The site features several themes, including romance, natural landscapes, parties, and art. The site also has a capacity of 200 people and has log cabins, tents, and a total of 82 parking spaces.

Since its opening in 2013, the Qinhu River health tourism resort has developed a series of leisure travel products, such as an RV campsite, an equestrian club, and a camp ground for students. It also held tourism festivals to promote itself and other local specialties.

The resort has received about 3 million visitors since it opened and has become one of the most popular tourist destinations in Jiangsu province.
