Jingjiang Jiqian Metal Products, located in Jingjiang, Jiangsu province, is involved in the manufacturing of automotive chassis components and has launched an automated stamping production line to enhance its core competitiveness.
The company's entire automated stamping production line is equipped with 1,250-metric-ton and 1,000-ton professional forging machines, combined with three-in-one feeding machines and customized robotic arms.
By relying on a digital production control system, it is possible to achieve full process automation of raw material grabbing, precise stamping, and finished product discharge.

Li Ya, director of the company's development department, said that compared to traditional production lines, this automated production line has increased production efficiency by nearly 8 times.
Since 2014, the company has been focusing on long-term development, establishing a professional research, development and design team, independently developing a series of molds, researching production processes such as automated precision stamping and high-strength plate precision turning, thereby constantly improving product accuracy and quality.
This has led to a steady increase in business performance. The company's invoice sales exceeded 60 million yuan ($8.9 million) in the first half of this year, and it is expected that the annual invoice sales will exceed 160 million yuan.
