The company is located in Jiangyin-Jingjiang Industrial Park, which was founded in 1992 in Jingjiang, a county-level city of Taizhou. Its main business is the research, development, production, and sales of pharmaceutical machinery, centrifuges, and drying equipment.
The company's selected centrifuge intelligent operation and maintenance solution for its new energy battery manufacturing project is an innovative achievement of equipment life cycle management created using artificial intelligence and the industrial internet.
In response to the difficulties related to strict working conditions, low operating efficiency, frequent failures, and the high operation and maintenance costs of centrifuges, Saideli has overcome core technological challenges such as AI-based centrifuge dynamic feature modeling, and cloud edge collaborative precision measurement and control.
The company has built an integrated solution integrating hardware, software, and an easy-to-use platform to achieve automated production process control and the intelligent operation and maintenance of equipment throughout its lifecycle.
Through on-site verification, the efficiency of single machine operations has been improved by more than 30 percent, the product qualification rate has been increased by more than 18 percent, and the operation and maintenance costs have been reduced by more than 25 percent.
