This year, Jingjiang Hetai Motor Components Manufacturing, located in Shengci town, Jingjiang, Jiangsu province, has built 6,700 square meters of standardized factory buildings to independently develop flexible automation production lines suitable for multiple varieties of components and small batches.

As a key investment area for production expansion, the intelligent production line in the new workshop has brought about a significant increase in production efficiency.
Now the entire automated production line only requires one on-duty member of staff. The single shift production capacity can reach 1,800 sets, increasing production efficiency by 50 percent.
The company has been engaged in the field of aluminum alloy motor casing manufacturing for 20 years. It has maintained a year-on-year level of growth ranging between 20 and 30 percent in annual invoice sales for 10 consecutive years. It is expected to achieve invoice sales of 190 million yuan ($28.47 million) this year.
The company plans to produce liquid cooled and oil cooled motor casings for new energy and industrial mother machines, further expanding the application scenarios of its products.
