Jingjiang in Jiangsu province has organized 30 local enterprises to participate in the ongoing China Import and Export Fair, also known as the Canton Fair, which opened in Guangzhou, Guangdong province, on Oct 15 and runs through Nov 4.
On the opening day, 14 of those companies reached a total of 36 intention orders, with an intention transaction amount of $2.84 million.
Jiangsu Shangqi Group showcased a series of new intelligent equipment products developed and manufactured for industrial scenarios.
"Compared with the previous edition of the fair, there has been a significant increase in the number of customers inquiring about intelligent equipment products, especially European and American customers who have shown strong interest in our factory automation and unmanned solutions," said Zhu Yahong, general manager of the company's import and export department.

The products developed by Jiangsu Jiushun Agricultural Machinery, including electric single row rice transplanters and intelligent unmanned high-speed transplanters, drew strong interest from businesspeople from India and Ghana due to their high level of cost-effectiveness.
Jiangsu GMO High-Tech is involved in the green thermal energy field. The company's high-efficiency heat pump water heaters and multi-energy storage and heating systems attracted merchants from various countries to enter negotiations due to their core advantages of being low-carbon and energy-saving.
