The Jinshang precision parts aggregation center project began construction in Dainan town, Xinghua — a county-level city in Taizhou, Jiangsu province — on March 31 with a total investment of 5.18 billion yuan ($752.61 million).
Spanning 10.4 hectares, the project will feature intelligent warehousing, a product trading center, a comprehensive exhibition hall, and a 40,000-square-meter special alloy precision processing center.
Led by Taizhou Jinshang Real Estate, which is backed by national-level specialized and innovative "little giant" enterprise Ao Zhan Industrial, the project aims to attract around 15 leading enterprises in the high-end stainless steel wire and parts industry. When fully operational, it is expected to generate industrial sales of 1 billion yuan a year and trade volume of 6 billion yuan, contributing 40 million yuan in taxes.
The project brings together internet of things and big data technologies, adopting a model integrating exhibition and warehouse, online and on-site operations. It will connect with existing logistics services, offering Dainan's local enterprises one-stop global logistics solutions, simplifying trade processes, and reducing cross-border costs.
Located in the stainless steel comprehensive trade demonstration zone, the project will leverage Dainan's vast logistics network, comprising over 100 logistics companies and 145 transport routes, to bolster the town's transformation into a high-end precision manufacturing base and drive high-quality manufacturing development in Xinghua.
