The Taixing Huangqiao Economic Development Zone – located in Taixing city in East China's Jiangsu province – has rolled out a series of measures designed to create an innovation and entrepreneurship highland for talent.
Guided by municipal human resource policies, the zone has further enriched detailed measures – especially providing support for key leading talent, those who specialize in major industries, major projects and for those conducting research into key technologies.
For top-flight international people, it has set up an integrated information platform that provides such support as work visas, local accommodation and verbal communications.
In addition, the zone is pushing ahead with the development of featured industries, high-end industries and industrial clusters, to make the businesses even more attractive to talent.
Nowadays, industry-university-research cooperation can regularly be seen in the zone. That's come in the wake of it organizing local enterprises to participate in the 9th International Biological Fermentation Products and Technology Equipment Exhibition (Jinan), the Shanghai International Food& Drinks Fair and in other events.
The zone has also undertaken moves to organize enterprises to reach cooperation agreements with Jiangnan University, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Jiangsu University, Zhengzhou University and others.
