The Taixing Huangqiao Economic Development Zone in Taixing, Jiangsu province, has made a first-class business environment the most distinctive and sustainable driving force for regional development.
As an example, it took only 16 days for a 500-million-yuan ($73.3-million) project of Jiangsu Taifu Welding Technology to obtain land use rights to construction permits.
For each project, the zone will customize a checklist flowchart, and clarify the necessary materials and processing time limit, making it faster and more convenient for enterprises to handle their affairs, said Wu Liang, a project agent in the zone.
