The project service department in the Taixing Huangqiao Economic Development Zone – located in Taixing city, in East China's Jiangsu province – is offering streamlined services for new projects.
The zone will be precise, practical and meticulous in its service work for the development of projects, said Yu Juxiang, director of the project service department.
Focusing on improving its quality of service, the department will continue to improve its efficiency and strive to offer the simultaneous issuance of multiple certificates for projects, Yu added.
It would be proactive and intervene in the entire process of project construction, thereby assisting the people carrying out the projects to solve urgent and difficult problems.
Moreover, the department would also ramp up the disposal of idle land, as well as prudently arrange and maximize demand for project land. The scale of space on offer, land planning and the balance of occupation and compensation indicators will be guaranteed.
Efforts will also be made by the department to improve infrastructure. For example, it will advance the implementation of an upgrading and renovation project for rainwater and sewage pipelines. It will also speed up a power capacity expansion special line project for some major projects, thereby boosting the comprehensive carrying capacity of the projects and the development of the enterprises behind them.
