Dedicated efforts have been made by the Taixing Huangqiao Economic Development Zone, located in Taixing city, East China's Jiangsu province, to undertake proactive measures to assist enterprises in handling various procedures of projects.
A professional agency team covering the processes of planning, approval, and construction has been established to save time for projects.
The zone has also launched an integrated joint operation mechanism for the combined installation of water, electricity, gas and communication services. This enables related government departments to synchronize the processing of application matters, thereby boosting the early production of projects.
One of the beneficiaries is a manufacturing plant for high-precision and high-strength piston rods being operated by Jiangsu New Heyi New Materials Technology.
On March 28 last year, through joint efforts of agents of the zone's project service department and staff from Taixing government departments, it took only 3.5 hours for the project to obtain five certificates at one time.
