The Taixing Huangqiao Economic Development Zone in Taixing city, located in East China's Jiangsu province, is striving to build a mecca for industrial development in the eastern area of the city.

Centering on industry expansion, the zone will build an enterprise research and development center focusing on health food and functional food.
It will also advise businesses on establishing diversified innovation and entrepreneurship alliances and on how to establish postdoctoral talent innovation workstations, thereby adding more scientific and technological innovation projects.
Cheng added that the zone would undertake proactive actions to partner up with associations and universities, undertake a batch of high-quality industrial projects and integrate into the Yangtze River Delta and the development of the Shanghai metropolitan area.
Efforts will also be made to promote the construction of industrial internet platforms and intelligent workshops for enterprises.
