The Taixing Huangqiao Economic Development Zone, located in Taixing city, East China's Jiangsu province, is promoting the acceleration of its high-end equipment manufacturing industry.
The zone is orientating the sector towards high-end and intelligent development through policy guidance, benchmark demonstrations and precision services.
The zone adopted as its action blueprint a policy, entitled the Notice on the Three-Year Action Plan for Deepening the Intelligent Transformation, Digital Transformation and Networked Connection of Manufacturing Industry in Jiangsu Province (2025-27).
Through special training, policy interpretations and sharing between benchmark enterprises, the zone is guiding its business enterprises to familiarize themselves with industry standards and systematically identify their individual pathways to intelligent transformation.

To set out industry demonstration models, the zone has also organized experts to develop personalized transformation plans for key enterprises and advanced the construction of basic, advanced, excellent and leading intelligent factories.
For newly established businesses, the zone is actively promoting the deployment of enterprise resource planning system, manufacturing execution system and more to help them achieve digital control of their entire production process.
Moreover, precision services, including diagnostic visits and one-on-one tutoring, are being offered and a full-cycle project supervision mechanism has been established to cater to the development needs of enterprises.
