Huangqiao town, located in Taixing city, Jiangsu province, is highlighting the growth and service guarantees of its talent, in a bid to provide much-need personnel to support its rural vitalization.
Huangqiao, long famed for its sesame cakes, also produces over one million violins every year, earning it the nickname of "the violin capital of China".
From a violin enthusiast to an outstanding performer in violin making, local craftsmen Xu Xiaofeng has promoted the stronger development of the sector.

In recent years, Xu's master's studio has trained 42 professional craftsmen, enabled 1,300 farmers to master violin-making skills and helped 37 impoverished families to achieve employment and escape poverty.
Xu's path to success is a microcosm of the growth of local talent in Huangqiao town.
Last year, the town cooperated with universities and research institutions such as Jiangnan University to conduct academic exchange activities four times.
It established the Huangqiao (Shanghai) Talent Service Station and established an information database for 405 high-level talent who are abroad.
To retain its talent, the town has completed the upgrading of talent apartments and the construction of schools, as well as improved its medical and health conditions to create an excellent ecosystem.
