The wind power intelligent complete equipment research, development and manufacturing project of Huierxin Machinery (Taixing), located in the Taixing Huangqiao Economic Development Zone, Taixing, Jiangsu province, is projected to start operations by mid to late August.
The project will use 16.8 hectares of land to build factories, with distributed 15 MW photovoltaic equipment installed on the roof, which can generate up to 15 million kilowatt-hours of electricity annually.

The project is expected to produce 250,000 metric tons of casting equipment and generate invoiced sales of 4.1 billion yuan ($571.37 million) annually.
It adopts a green and intelligent manufacturing model to overcome the technical challenges of intelligent manufacturing of medium and large precision castings.

Huierxin Machinery focuses on the R&D and manufacturing of high-power wind power equipment and has forged long-term partnerships with US manufacturer Trane Technologies plc, Germany-based Siemens, and more.
This year, the company aims to build a high-quality intelligent factory, using intelligent manufacturing and digital technology to advance transformation and upgrading.
