The Taixing Huangqiao Economic Development Zone in Taixing, Jiangsu province, has provided efficient services for the approval of the new factory project of resident company Dongsheng Biotech (Taixing).
When the project progressed to the stage of reviewing the overall layout adjustment plan, it faced many difficulties. They included that the change of enterprise name required synchronous updating of the approval subject information and the enterprise planned to build supporting facilities such as substations, equipment sheds, and pipe galleries to ensure production.
These difficulties involved planning compliance, safety assessment, and more, making the approval process complex.
In response to this, the zone took active moves to coordinate with relevant departments such as market supervision and natural resources, efficiently completing the registration of enterprise name changes and the verification and other historical legacy issues.
It also organized professional technical personnel to provide full guidance on the planning, layout, safety standards, and other aspects of the construction of additional facilities, as well as assist the company in improving their application materials.
To further improve service quality, the zone has established a dedicated team to carry out services related to the business environment, implementing tailored services for major projects.
The review time for the overall layout adjustment of Dongsheng's new factory project has been reduced from the usual over 10 days to within three days.
