The Bio-Fermentation and Future Food City of the China Specialized Medical and Future Food Industry Development Conference and the Product Launch Event of the National Innovation Center Par Excellence Institute of Food for Special Medical Purposes took place in Taixing, Jiangsu province, on Dec 29.
During the event, six projects involved in the health industry production line were signed.
Six joint venture companies, including Amos Food and Zhongke Special Medicine Dairy, signed cooperation contracts with the institute.

Major academic reports on "Future Food and Bio Intelligent Manufacturing" and "Homology of Medicine and Food and Food for Special Medical Purpose" were also delivered, offering a high-level platform for technological exchange and achievement sharing.
Looking ahead, the institute will focus on promoting the construction of pilot production lines with food production license, connecting the entire industry chain of research & development, pilot testing, and commercialization. It will highlight developing six categories of functional products based on functional staple foods, plant-based beverages, and homology of medicine and food, to achieve efficient transformation of technological achievements into industrial benefits.
